Do I Need a noscript Tag on My WordPress Site?

Google recommends that the noscript tag be removed from your header file.  Here's how to find out if you have it and what to do about it.

    Thanks for this article; it pointed me in the right direction. I found the noscript tag inside head.php of the parent theme. So I had two files on a site related to the header. One was header.php and the other one was head.php.
