I have been in the mortgage and real estate business since 1999.
Utilizing my experience on both sides of the industry’s I developed a way to connect mortgage and real estate professionals. The price point had to be attractive for every loan officer and real estate agent that wanted to participate and subscribe to the site.

After several years in both the mortgage and real estate business, I found that it was difficult and time-consuming finding other professionals with the same goals. Real Estate Agents are able to search and find lenders that specialize in the purchase market and provide the products and service to cater to their client’s needs.
